RepairDesk iPad – POS Register V.1.7 has been released and it comes with some amazing new features and bug fixing, in order to make the app more powerful and user friendly than before.
Following are the new features included in version 1.7.
Now create estimates of repairs and accessory items against customer inquiries in RepairDesk iPad App. Convert estimates into repair tickets and email them to customers. You can also search and view estimates in POS screen.
2- Device Specific and Manufacturer Specific Inventory Items
Ability to view device specific and manufacturer specific inventory items has been added to V.1.7 of iPad App. It will be based on previously created item bundles.
3- Advanced Search Functionality
We have made searching easier and faster for you. Now search all trade-in items, repairs and accessories w.r.t item name, item ID, SKU, UPC code or serial number. We have also improved search speed to make the process quicker than before.
4- Repair and Collected
After you have completed the repair job and customer has collected the device, you can select “repair and collected” option on Checkout screen.
5- Offline Access of Payment Methods
Speed improvements also include offline access of payment methods which was not available before. Now loading time has been reduced to 100%.
Multiple Bug Fixes:
We have smashed some bugs to make it easier for you to use RepairDesk iPad App in an easier and faster environment.
