RepairDesk seems to be on a roll! Fresh off their recent visit to MWC 2022 in Barcelona, Spain, the company has announced it is once again visiting another trade show – this time, the Gadget Repair Expo being held in Atlanta, GA on April 5 and 6, 2022. The event will see the presence of CEO, Usman Butt at Booth No. 4 in the Chick-Fil-A College Football Hall of Fame, where he will be discussing RepairDesk at length with everyone in attendance.

The Gadget Repair Expo will also be visited by a number of our partners who hope to network with everyone and promote their brands. This is an excellent opportunity to find out first-hand all that is coming to the world of repairs in 2022. In this post, we will be highlighting all that RepairDesk has in store for attendees and how they can benefit from our offerings.

First-hand look at RepairDesk 2.0

One of the major innovations that RepairDesk has recently had is the introduction of our new software – RepairDesk 2.0. It’s the next evolution of our software both in terms of visuals and functionality, and you’ll be able to experience it at the Gadget Repair Expo at our booth.

RepairDesk 2.0 was born from the idea of revamping our software to be in line with modern trends. This led to our team creating an all-new interface and structure for the software, totally changing the way you interact with it. The RepairDesk 2.0 software is built from the ground up to be a modern solution for cell phone repair shop owners’ daily worries. It’s got the same POS, inventory management, ticketing, invoicing, employee management, and payment systems as before. The difference here is that it’s built on a completely new architecture that allows it to be faster, smoother, and more stable than ever before.

If you’re visiting the Gadget Repair Expo this year, our CEO, Usman Butt will be on-hand to show you how RepairDesk 2.0 works and tell you more about how you can opt into it at your convenience.

RepairDesk ePOS

Our trip to Atlanta will also be the first public unveiling of the RepairDesk ePOS system, our newest solution for repair shops in the United States. The RepairDesk ePOS is an all-in-one solution that packs both the hardware and software you need in one machine. It’s a machine with a 15-inch touchscreen on one side for your cashier, and a 10.1-inch display on the customer side, along with a built-in thermal printer for printing receipts. The system is powered by a specialized RepairDesk 2.0 that brings everything together and makes running your repair shop a breeze.

The RepairDesk ePOS system aims to provide a solution to all your hardware and software needs. Customers won’t have to bother with extensive cable management and configuration or the trouble of encountering errors. Everything comes pre-configured in the system and all you have to do is sign in with your RepairDesk account. This makes it a simple, one-stop solution for all your checkout needs. Plus, it looks great and really helps you save space on your countertop.

Attendees of the Gadget Repair Expo will be able to see firsthand how the RepairDesk ePOS system operates and can book an order with us easily to get one for themselves. It’s a system that brings a world of benefits to your repair store.

RepairDesk Marketplace partnerships

Another major project that RepairDesk is currently working on is RepairDesk Marketplace, which aims to serve as an ordering platform for users built right into the software. The objective of RepairDesk Marketplace is to provide repair shop owners with a list of vendors that they can order their items from. This would allow them to restock their inventory and order the items they need right from within the software without being redirected to any external platform.

RepairDesk Marketplace is a project that is currently in development and it already has a number of partners lined up. Users will be able to order from vendors such as MobileSentrix, Injured Gadgets, Parts4Cells, Balaji Wireless, and a host of other vendors. Many of our partners will also be present at the Gadget Repair Expo at their own booths, where customers can learn more about their business. RepairDesk will be announcing the partnerships that it has forged for its Marketplace and will provide more details at the venue. This is a great opportunity for attendees to learn more about what RepairDesk Marketplace is really all about and talk to the many vendor partners about their offerings.

Surprise announcement

The most exciting part of our visit to the Gadget Repair Expo is a special announcement we have planned. RepairDesk has been constantly looking to improve the way repair shops operate, bringing in new features and offerings that benefit our customers. Our team has a number of projects currently in the pipeline, and we’ll be announcing the next surprise one at the event. Attendees will be able to discuss with our CEO, Usman Butt the newest offering from RepairDesk and get more insight into how they can benefit from it. Look out for RepairDesk’s special announcement at the event and tune into our social media channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to stay in the loop.
