Effective inventory management and keeping track of your physical stock level is important for managing working capital, spotting stock discrepancies between records and driving profitability, however, It becomes an uphill task if you have to “manually” track thousands of replacement parts.

To prevent this from happening we are proud to introduce “improved inventory count” that helps you to do counts quickly and effectively manage your stock, so you can focus primarily on growing your cell phone repair business.

Let’s take a look at the highlighted points;

Fractional Inventory Counts: Breakdown of your entire stock into small, manageable portions is provided with Fractional Counts. Retailers are given the feasibility to count stock based on tag, category or brand rather than counting each and every item in-stock.

Stock Count Status: When counting your items, you can take rest or can do a more priority work by placing the status “Paused” for the specific items and then complete counting whenever you get time and putting the status “Complete”.

Bulk Counting: Standing in front of a multi-storey items rack, you can simply count your items and quickly add the counted number into the system is newly introduced as Bulk Counting.

Quick Scan Mode: Count inventory quickly using a barcode scanner let you count inventory one-by-one.

Search and Count: By mentioning the category or device name, you are now facilitated by counting multiple items concurrently and can view a list of all items collectively.

Print and Drop Record: All available check-list now in hands too, with the Print availability of your directory count. Take the paper with you to count anything placed anywhere in your store. Also, unnecessary items can be removed from the searched list to get what is mandatory.

Variance Review: Syncing the system record with the physical one, requires insight of discrepancies between these two. System count and physical count are compared to alert any stock shrinkage.

Mismatch Correction: While reviewing variance, update and sync inventory by via Update Inventory. This preserves correct and error-proof records of all in-store and in-stock inventory and allowing you to take a decision about re-ordering the less-left inventory.
