MobileSentrix is one of the largest cell phone part providers in the USA, not to mention one of the most popular and reliable. Now, RepairDesk chose to go a step further in enabling you to order cell phone repair parts using MobileSentrix. Bringing together two amazing systems, RepairDesk and MobileSentrix, this integration provides more options for advanced inventory management for those with one or more store locations.

We are excited about the improvements we have made and how they will now benefit our cell phone repair shop owners. From today, RepairDesk users will be more empowered when they import their inventory & make purchases as they can select categories for the SKUs of the items that they want. Previously, they had to import the SKUs of all available items regardless of whether they were relevant for them or not. Now, they can simply select a category such as LCD screens from Samsung and import the SKUs for that category. This means less time consumed, much less complication, and a more organized, productive, and responsive repair business.

As a reminder, did we mention? RepairDesk – is cloud-based, so you can customize and monitor your inventory and purchase orders from anywhere, anytime.

From MobileSentrix you will now be able to:

Categorize Inventory Import

Import parts and inventory by selecting your required device & manufacturer from the list of all available parts.

Avoid Redundancy — Skip inventory parts that are already imported

This prevents you from ordering the same items again. For example, when importing spare parts from the list, items with identical SKUs will be ignored to avoid duplication in the purchase order.

Automatic Discount Calculation

For special customers of MobileSentrix, discount prices will be auto-updated while ordering spare parts or accessories. All you have to do is access your account and order!

Seamless checkout experience in one go

Create purchase order and proceed to checkout without leaving RepairDesk. Track and view your order status anytime.

History maintenance & Email Notification

Heavy imports may take some time till completion. You can navigate elsewhere while your items are being updated. You will receive an email notification when your import job is done as well as view the import history anytime.

Reset Import Option

Don’t worry if your import accidentally went wrong. Just contact our customer support and request an Import Reset & they will be happy to assist you.
