The RepairDesk team has received lots of feedback on our sales report, and we’re happy to announce that with our next update, we’ll be reworking on how our other reports are displayed. Here’s an overview of our latest improvements:
Shifting from Sections to Table Layout
We’ve given our Sales Summary Report a completely new look that’s easier to view at a glance. The information is now presented in a table layout that allows you to see revenue across all verticals without scrolling through multiple sections to reach your desired part.
Comprehensive Sales Summary with Revised Calculations
You’ll also see that we’ve added some more columns to provide you detailed insights on your sales and revenue. With the introduction of Gross Profit & Net Profit, you can see what you’ve earned from your sales so far.*
*Tooltips have been inserted for your convenience where you can directly see how the profits are calculated.
Dashboard vs. Sales Report
Making RepairDesk more consistent and reliable for you, the dashboard will now reflect the same stats as presented by the Sales Summary Report.
Detailed Pop-Ups Against POS Categories
This upgraded report view will allow you to deep-dive into categories’ columns, presenting you all the valuable information against repairs, unlocking, products, trade-in and casual sales on just a single click.
Search Filters Are Now More Customizable
Letting you filter out your sales report much better, you can now select multiple stores (in case you own more than one), choose more than one employee and can select a custom date range against which you want to fetch your sales data. We’ve also added a ‘Reset’ button that instantly clears your filters to show only the default store’s results.
Please note that while you can view results of multiple stores within the report, the invoice details of the store that you’ve logged in from are the only ones that will be visible to you.
Overall Payment Overview
Allowing you to tally your stores’ expenses, you’ll now have a clear representation of the amount paid against sales (received) and the payment that is overdue (receivables) at the bottom of the report.
CSV Export Match-Up
The columns and details as shown in the report will be displayed in the perfect order when you download the CSV file.
