RepairDesk has recently launched its newest addition to the software – RepairDesk SMS. This new feature brings text messaging functionality to RepairDesk, allowing repair shop owners to send real-time job notifications to their customers.
RepairDesk SMS brings a host of useful features to the system that users can enjoy. This service is currently available in the following countries:

Real-time job notifications
With RepairDesk SMS, you’ll be able to send text messages to customers updating them on their job status in real-time.
