At RepairDesk, we aim to provide our customers with necessary features and functionalities which they need to boost up their businesses. While staying true to our aim, we have launched iPad app version 1.1. It includes cool new features, multiple bug fixes and betterment in existing features.

There are the new features that are now part of RepairDesk iPad App:

Customer Group Display

Now you can categorize your customers in groups you desire. The customers you put in a group will be shown to you with all of their details. This division of customers help you in designing campaigns and throwing special discount offers for them.

Search Improvements

Now you are free to search repair tickets even more efficiently on view tickets page. RepairDesk iPad App V1.1 allows you to search repair tickets on the basis of either one key or on basis of combination of multiple keys. You are provided with the tags on the basis of which you can search and the data that matches those queries pop ups on your iPad screen.

Manufacturer and Devices List

Now you can view the list of manufacturers and devices on your iPad app via turning on the Show on POS trigger. Once this trigger is on you can view all the manufacturers and devices that are entered in RepairDesk for your store.

Dynamic Payment Methods

iPad App now allows you to receive payment via multiple ways making your payment ways versatile. On the final step of invoice generation you would be given a list of payment options. Single or multiple payment options can be selected on the basis of customer’s priorities.

Improvements

  • We have further improved customer lists in order to give you a better view of customers. Moreover, this new update also helps you to sort customers and perform tasks even more efficiently at faster pace.
  • We have improved Square Integration for you as well. Now you can accept payments via Square even more efficiently and faster than ever.

Bugs Smashed

We have removed multiple bugs that were a hurdle between you and your success.
