RepairDesk has been hard at work taking user feedback and improving on its systems, and we’ve got a whole bunch of new features lined up for release in 2020. Based on what we’ve learned from our customers, our development team has come up with a brand-new feature for release soon – Inventory Bundles.
This new feature will help make processing customers at your repair store a lot better by bundling together different parts or services together, adding more value to whoever chooses to do business with you.
How Do Inventory Bundles Work?
The new Inventory Bundles feature gives you more options to process customers. Using this new feature, store owners will be able to bundle together different parts, accessories, items and services to create a holistic package that you can offer at a discount. This means that you’ll be able to group together two or more items together for a sale, and have them reflect better in your store’s records. For example, you’ll be able to offer for sale a cellphone and an associated case together in one purchase at a discounted rate. The discount applied can either be a flat value, or a percentage of the total value combined.
Your inventory bundles will be reflected on the invoice of the sale, along with all relevant reports. By implementing inventory bundles, you’ll also be able to put up special offers for your store. These come in really handy for any holidays or special events that occur throughout the year. Also, it helps move your inventory faster and entices customers to spend more, ultimately driving your business’ growth.
When is it Coming?
Like with all our upcoming features, the new Inventory Bundles feature is currently in development. Our team is working to integrate it into our systems at this point, and you should be able to learn more about it over the next few weeks. The feature is set to hit primetime over the coming months.
