Keeping our promise of improvement with everyday we have released our new press release with a couple of improvements, astonishing new features and some bug fixes.

Here is a detailed view of press release:

New Features:

-Tax,not an issue anymore. Now you don’t have to do tax calculations on your own. Put your calculator aside and start using new Tax feature of RepairDesk which allows you to setup tax rate anywhere in the world.

-Bring in new products. Thinking of adding some products in your shelves? Well do it now without worrying about adding new product types and selecting a category. It can all be done from POS screen in just a few clicks.

-Any currency would work. We care about all the customers we have around the Globe and so here’s a proof for it. You can add any currency type from around the world if yours is not enlisted in RepairDesk.

-Be Multilingual. Chinese, Korean, American or Spanish all are the same for us. With new multilingual feature you can translate whole RepairDesk software in any desired language and enjoy using it without any tensions.

 -SMS API Integration. For your convenience RepairDesk has released a new SMS API that is integrated for Indian users to allow them send updates to their customers via SMS.

Unlockbase Integration. Using unlockbase with RepairDesk is a reality now. Unlockbase is integrated in RepairDesk now and you can use its services with ease now.

Improvements:

-MobileHQ Integration. MobileHQ is all new with new improved integration.

-XERO – Improvements. Now using Xero and RepairDesk at the same time is not an issue. It got an automatic plugin that allows users to sync RepairDesk sales/invoices in Xero accounting software.

Issues Resolved:

We have resolved 11 issues that were bothering our customers. Here are the details;

  • Rounding Issue Phase 2: For Invoice & Tickets
  • Canned Response not updating
  • Issue ON POS (Newly Added manufacturer not showing)
  • Scanning second item in PO & GRN
  • Signatures are not working
  • Issue with Print label manually
  • Unable to Search Customer name in Arabic
  • Customer not able to login
  • Monthly register Sales are not printing
  • Issue with Tax calculation on Ticket page
  • Settings trigger in Role Permissions is not working
