A couple of new integrations and improvements in RepairDesk are included in this press release. Following new integrations have been rolled out in this release: Cayan We have rolled out our integration with Cayan that provides you the benefit of cloud based payment processing which is reliable as well as efficient. RepairDesk allows its users the option to integrate with Cayan in order to grow their business. Perform faster credit card transactions using Cayan. Employee Roles and Security Checks RepairDesk allows you to set and implement different employee roles and control their access. Now you can define roles with respect to subsections in POS, Tickets, and Inventory etc. Also, we have introduced security checks in Employee Roles modules and you can set multiple checks for each role associated to your repair shop. Other prominent and new features in Employee Roles module include blocking the price range, costing fields, supplier information and ability to make repayments for some employees. You can also set a check to request authorization to apply a discount to the customer. Repair Tracker in Multi Store Location If a customer has multi store location, he or she can now generate iframe code to display all locations on the website Closing Cash Count Drawer Report Print Now there is option to print summary report through the receipt printer when you end the store POS for the day. Google Cloud Print & PrintNode: We have updated both of our integrations and enhanced their design. Now, the process is smoother, faster and user friendly. Split Commission: RepairDesk allows you to split commission between multiple employees via its Split Commission functionality. Select employees, set commission for each of them right after you checkout. Live Chat Button Option: Live chat option is now hidden on edit and view ticket, purchase order, goods received note and invoicing page. Confirmation Popup Improvement Bug Fixes: We have smashed more than 40 bugs in this release.
