Tab placed at the top will remain enabled by default
While changing the tabs order for POS Screen, the option placed at the top will remain enabled by default so that if all other triggers are disabled, POS screen will show the tab placed at top priority.
Repaired and Collected toggle enabled
We have added a repaired and collected toggle on checkout screen on iPad. If the toggle is enabled, every time when an invoice is generated from the ticket, an automatic email response will be sent to the customer with the message that his device has been repaired and collected. Customer will not get an email if the trigger is disabled.
Star TSP Bluetooth
We are happy to announce an improvement in Star TSP printer integration. Now you can easily establish a connection with the printer using the Bluetooth connection through RepairDesk iPad POS Register app rather than following a hectic process for establishing a connection with Star TSP 100 Printer.
Failure to send email on creating estimates
In our last release, a bug was traced while creating estimates, that the customer was not able to receive email. Now, this issue has been fixed and when an estimate is created from RepairDesk‘s iPad app, the user will be able to successfully send an email to the customer.
Unlocking ticket should not display on iPad
An issue was highlighted that unlocking tickets were shown in the tickets section in the iPad app which was not appropriate. Now we have changed the scenario and tickets with unlocking will be displayed in the tickets section but will not be editable. A user will have to edit unlocking tickets from the web account.
An issue with the closing balance of Cash Drawer
Customers were having issues with the closing balance of cash drawer when the shift is ended. Now the issue has been fixed and appropriate cash balance is displayed when the shift is ended.
Wrong discount value while editing ticket
When the ticket was reopened and edited, the discount value was displayed incorrectly. Now this bug has been fixed and your figures will not get disturbed on edit ticket.
Option to unselect previously selected repair item while editing repair ticket
On demand of our customers, we have resolved the issue to unselect a repair item that was previously selected on editing repair ticket from iPad. Now you will have an option to select and unselect multiple repair items in a single ticket.
Rearrange post and pre-repair conditions according to order on the web
When post and pre-repair conditions are marked on the iPad app, the order did not synchronize with the web. But to facilitate our customers, we have synchronized the pre & post repair conditions with the web so that the order set at the web will be shown on iPad as well.
Square does not show up in new left menu settings
In our last release, we have upgraded the left menu design but unfortunately, a few of our customers faced the issue that option for Square integration was not shown up properly in the left menu. Now we have successfully resolved this out and you can see the option to set up square integration through left side menu.
