RepairDesk Updates RepairDesk aims for continuous improvement by RepairDesk July 20, 2018 written by RepairDesk July 20, 2018 1K Focusing on System Maintenance Devising a foolproof software is a ton of work and takes plenty of expertise. Hundreds of sessions of testing and retesting are conducted to eliminate bugs that may exist and to improve the user experience. RepairDesk has had a hectic year with the new features it is offering, the ones in the pipeline, and continuously working to eliminate small problems or bugs that currently exist- and we thank our customers for their unfailing cooperation. While introducing new and better features is part of our agenda, we aim to primarily focus upon continuous improvement. This means that we are working to ensure that our current features operate perfectly and do not give you any problems. Why is this important? The simple answer is “We want you to say that RepairDesk is FLAWLESS!” We aim to be your instant go-to source for all of your cell phone repair shop needs and we want to make sure our features are intuitive and easy to use. For this, we attentively listen to customer feedback and try our best to implement it immediately. While some issues take more time than others to resolve, we do our best to ensure we find solutions for all. It is more important to have a strong existing product rather than to continue to innovate further. However, we do not stop adding new things to the package while also continuously working to improve what already exists. Over the past few years, with your support, we have been able to grow and make key changes in our software, which has considerably increased customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, we think that our journey has just begun. In the recent past, we have launched dozens of highly demanded new features and worked towards specific milestones. Here is a brief overview of what we have done so far: Introducing the Refund feature in the iPad app Payment integration with PayPal Here An enhanced version of inventory count Offered spreadsheets option for bulk inventory import Launched customer portal And much more! At this very minute, our team is rigorously implementing suggestions and improvements proposed by our users to make RepairDesk the best that we can. We believe that: “Continuous improvement is always better than delayed perfection.” We urge you to stay connected with us, follow us on social media, and keep reading our newsletter in order to remain in sync with what we have planned for the very near future. We promise that: “The Best is Yet to Come” Sign up for our 14-day free trial, if you haven’t done so already.
