How did you hear about us?
The How did you hear about us feature is in the Reports section. It allows you to ask your customers where they found out about you so that you can optimize your marketing strategies according to where your leads originate from.
For example, if most customers found you through Facebook, you now know that you need to focus more on this medium because it has potential. The same applies to other mediums. What does this mean? Of course, better strategies and higher profits!
Announcement Page:
The announcement page is specifically designed to keep you up-to-date, informing you about system improvements, new features, and integrations. This allows you to keep everything on your fingertips and always be informed. Look out because we usually have a lot going on and this means that your announcement page will usually be loaded.
Multiple Date Formats:
This is a simple yet handy feature. RepairDesk allows its users to choose from multiple date-formats they like. These formats can appear on invoices, tickets, pdf, prints etc. The year, month & date arrangement is all your choice now!
Auto-Generated UPC/SKU Code:
You can now remain stress-free as we offer you auto-generated SKU and UPC codes for inventory items. Your inventory items will now automatically be updated and you will know what is in stock and what is not. You can also use this feature for inventory import. Start counting your inventory in no time.
Split Payment -Trade In:
The ability to split payments in the Trade-in module has been a hotly requested feature. You demanded and we heard. You can split payments between different payment methods; take payments in cash, debit cards, credit cards etc. anything in just one go!
Customer Facing Display:
Now you can show your customers a special screen exclusive to them. You do not have to keep handing them your iPad or show them your laptop. The customer can use the display to view their ticket, invoice, and provide their signature.

2-Way SMS Communication -Integration:
This is one of our most important features.
Integrating with SMS Broadcast, RepairDesk is now offering you the ability to communicate back and forth with your customers. The feature is very simple, convenient, and useful and allows you to get feedback whenever you need it. We will tell you more about this feature in a special blog.
